You should be able to come up with innovative ideas for lesson plans that will create an engaging classroom environment, and help develop the skills of the learners. Responsibilities: 1. Conduct research and collaborate with educators, subject experts, and other professionals to develop quality curricula and learning resources 2. Establish feasible timeframes to achieve the goals and objectives outlined in the curriculum 3. Create stimulating lesson plans and recommend interesting additional resources 4. Develop a range of digital resources to optimize classroom learning and ensure ongoing learning outside of formal settings 5. Create supplementary teacher and student guides, as well as resource packs 6. Collect feedback from students, teachers, and clients 7. Monitor student progress and making relevant changes to curriculum 8. Collaborate with other writers, graphic designers, and web designers to create new learning resources 9. Set up formal and informal assessments to gauge the effectiveness of the curriculum What will you need to bring to the table? Structured thought, and the ability to work with teammates from different field Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to requirements Out-of-the-box thinking to create engaging course content Requirements: - Great command of the English language - Well-versed with MS Office and Google Suite - Willingness to unlearn and learn new thinking skills with strong analytical abilities - Adaptable to non-conventional methods of teaching - Open to feedback and acceptance of constructive criticism - Comfortable with technology and dealing with digital content - Available to work on weekends - Available to work from the office in Saket
