This 6-month internship opportunity is with a fast-paced start-up environment where you are guaranteed to learn a lot about setting up processes, online marketing, e-commerce, and ad platforms, and building an impactful brand. You will work actively with founders/management for strategies, business planning, marketing activities and partner management. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Managing Marketplaces (including own website on Shopify): 1.a. Managing online cataloguing including the execution of accurate product data such as titles, descriptions, images and attributions 1.b. Ensuring the category listing on the marketplaces are of industry standards and maximizing the visibility of the same. 1.c. Identifying opportunities for deals, offers, campaigns and product visibilities and managing them 1.d. Coordinating for advanced Amazon A+ content and updating marketplace brand store on a timely basis. Looking after the entire process from order generation to execution of online marketplaces. 1.e. Engaging with the marketplace and product teams to roll out initiatives to improve customer experience and seller experience. Working on critical customer queries by email or phone for feedback purposes 2. Leading e-commerce business and growing customer base via Shopify including all associated technologies: 2.a. Website Management - Day-to-day management of the online store on Shopify ensuring the website is kept up to date based on offers and pricing across marketplaces 2.b. Managing website content in accordance with on-page and off-page SEO 3. Lead partnerships with online sales channels including (not limited to): 3.a. Doing research on new market/channel development and alliances to drive brand revenue share 3.b. Expanding business opportunities Requirements and Skills: - Technical education background (B.Tech/BE or similar) in IT/Computers. - MBA is a plus - Knowledge of e-commerce practices & strategies. Relevant eCommerce work experience and knowledge of backend solutions working for various e-commerce platforms, primarily Shopify. - Basic knowledge of MS Office (including Excel), Google Sheets and digital marketing (organic/inorganic/performance) processes. - Experience: 1-3 years of professional working experience - Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-commerce websites/portals (Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry etc.) is a plus - English proficiency (spoken, written) and business communication - Exposure to tools like Shopify, Helium 10, Google Analytics and Google Keyword Planner - Highly organised with excellent attention to detail & quality - A self-driven, smart thinker with a ‘go-getter’ attitude - Women looking to start/restart their careers can also apply
