Job Responsibilities of Intern for Recruitment Role Overview: As an Intern for Recruitment, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment team in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals. Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on specified criteria and job requirements. Candidate Outreach: Conduct initial communication with candidates, including scheduling interviews, providing information about the company and job opportunities, and answering candidate inquiries. Interview Coordination: Assist in coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and a smooth interview process. Candidate Assessment: Support the recruitment team in conducting candidate assessments, including skills testing, behavioral interviews, and reference checks. Database Management: Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate records and information. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including data entry, file management, and document preparation. Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the employer brand through social media posts, job postings, and other recruitment marketing initiatives to attract top talent. Recruitment Analytics: Assist in tracking recruitment metrics and preparing reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate pipeline. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and recruitment technologies to contribute innovative ideas and solutions to the recruitment process. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Strong interest in pursuing a career in recruitment or talent acquisition. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
